Clinical Acupressure 1: Basic Applications, Thursday thru Sunday, September 28 – October 1, 9 am – 5 pm, Manchester, NJ. Instructor: Regina Rosenthal, PT, MA
This workshop teaches how to use acupressure to balance and energize the whole body and specific parts. Through demonstration and practice you will learn how to apply acupressure formulas for all parts of the body (head, neck, back, face, chest, abdomen, pelvis, legs and feet, arms and hands) and many symptoms such as blood pressure, constipation, digestive problems, headaches, etc. You will learn to locate and access more than 35 potent acupressure points, and receive a clinical handbook and study guide with more than 70 acupressure formulas for specific body parts and conditions. This course is appropriate for clinical application for health-care professionals. This 4-day program includes 24 hours of live instruction and daily hands-on practice of the material. No pre-requisites for this class. Continuing education: 24 contact hours through AHNA and 24 hours continuing education through National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. The Soul Lightening Acupressure Basic Protocol and processing skills will be used to heal ancestral patterns that obstruct present life skills. This course focuses on healing ancestral patterns that have come down through the ages (instead of individual instances), and reclaiming ancestral strengths that have not yet been owned.
