Acupressure for Anyone Series for Self-Care: 3854-F21A: Introduction to Acupressure for Self-Care: Seva Acupressure for Stress Release, Monday, September 27, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Fee: $35
Learn about the principles and benefits of Soul Lightening Acupressure and how to use a simple acupressure formula for self-care to reduce stress, promote relaxation and enhance health and well-being. Seva in Sanskrit means compassionate service. The Seva program, performed seated or lying down, can be completed on yourself in 20 minutes.

With the onset of fall and winter the Chest Release program can be helpful for relieving respiratory issues. The Balance and Harmony program is helpful for abdominal discomfort, emotional stress, migraine headaches, and neck and shoulder tension. Combine these acupressure formulas with the Seva Stress Release to help integrate and balance the whole being.
