Learn how to use the SEVA Stress Release Acupressure program for self-care to release stress and anxiety and promote relaxation. This program is simple to learn, easy to perform, profoundly supportive of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and can be completed on yourself in 20 minutes. Participants will: experience the healing and transformative power of acupressure; learn to use an Awareness Journal; learn a unique method of touch through demonstration and hands-on practice; and learn Chakra Tai Chi movement meditation.  Park Fee: $5.00. One of the greatest challenges we face is living a healthy and balanced life while juggling daily living. Through this three session program, participants will learn and formulate a step-by-step personal health action plan using the Circle of Life process. Participants will assess twelve life areas and select one for designing a Blueprint for Change. The Blueprint will provide a clear action plan with specific goals, resources, and body-mind self-care practices. The SEVA Stress Release program was initially used with workers at Ground Zero in New York City after the events of 9/11/01. SEVA in Sanskrit means compassionate service. This program can be done seated or lying down and completed in 20 minutes.

Insight Acupressure and Qigong, a traditional Chinese medicine practice, for self-care combine acupressure, breathing, meditation, movement, and self-massage to enhance pulmonary health and well-being. Learn and experience how to use the Insight Acupressure Chest Release program with Qigong movement practices to support and strengthen pulmonary health.
